Our Receptionists/Patient Coordinators, will
greet you on the phone and upon your arrival at our office.
They are also eager to help you coordinate your appointments,
business records, and financial arrangements.
has lived most of her life on Papakeechie Lake, now with her husband Travis and dog Mika. She enjoys playing the piano, learning about different cultures, and Bible study. Katie has always worked in the medical field, and has found the dental field to be most enjoyable and quite rewarding.
is the first smiling face the patients see when they come into our office. She graduated from Ivy Tech in 2005 with a Technical Certificate in Dental Assisting. She recently moved to Wakarusa from the Lafayette area. Trista and her husband have a beautiful daughter, Alexa, who they spend most of their free time with. Shehe also enjoys scrapbooking, shopping, and motocross racing.
has been working at the practice in some fashion for many years. She is the daughter of Dr. Gene and sister to Dr. Chad. She currently is the scheduling coordinator for the office. Her hobbies include spending time with family and playing softball.
has been with our office since Aug. 2005 and is a patient coordinator. Heather enjoys interacting with patients and brings several years of customer service skills to our practice. She resides in Millersburg with her husband Billy and one son, Matthew. Heather enjoys reading, camping, vacationing with her family, and spending time with her pets
Hygienists

has been a hygienist since 1973. She has a husband, Ed and 4 grown children. Cindy has a caring and compassionate understanding for all patients which you’ll notice as she greets you with her bright smile.
, received her dental hygiene degree from IU Dental School in Indianapolis. With 35 years of experience she is treating the fourth generation of some families. She enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren, reading, and antiquing with her husband of 35 years. She encourages her patients to ask questions so they can discuss the latest dental findings and updates. Jeanne offers her patients dental expertise in a friendly, caring atmosphere.
has been a hygienist for the past 34 years, 31 of them have been with Dr. Gene. She has several hobbies including reading, gardening, quilting, and working out. Riding their motorcycle with her husband and traveling in their RV is her latest enjoyment. Mary has one son and two beautiful granddaughters. Mary enjoys the many patients in the practice who are like family and friends. She always looks forward to meeting and having more friends and family in the future of the practice!
has worked 23 years in the dental field. She started her career as a chairside assistant and worked 8 years before returning to school to receive her dental hygiene degree from IUPUI in 1994. Lori recently moved from Grant County back to Elkhart and remarried. She has 4 children, all boys. When they aren’t keeping her busy she enjoys scrapbooking, reading, and gardening.

the cleanliness of their rooms and the cleanliness and sterilization
of our instruments. We can assure you that everything is clean,
disinfected, and sterilized for your safety and treatment
success. We monitor all sterilizers on a daily basis as well
as perform a special weekly ADA (American Dental Association)
and CDC (Center for Disease Control) recommended sterilization
spore test for confirmation of the successful function of
our sterilizers.
is Dr. Danielle’s assistant and sister- in –law. Maija is the most recent member of the Stutsman family to join the office staff. Her background in elementary education and her love of kids has made her a natural fit to assist Dr. Danielle with the younger patients. She lives in Goshen with her husband Jeremy, Dr. Chad’s brother, who is a City Councilman for Goshen. Jeremy and Maija have a son Boden. At home she fills her time with reading, baking, exercising, and enjoying her family and friends
has been a dental assistant for 11 yrs. Elaine and her husband Denny have 4 daughters and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys traveling to Nevada and spending time with family and riding their Harley Davidson motorcycle
has been an assistant for 5 years and assists Dr. Chad. Diana and her husband Scott have 3 boys. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, horseback riding, and swimming.
is a native of South Bend. She has been a dental assistant for 13+ years. She attend IUSB and received her dental assisting certificate in 1993 and continued on to receive her Bachlor’s Degree in general studies in 2000. On the weekends she is a waitress at the church she belongs to for weddings and banquets.
has been a dental assistant for 29 years. 7 of those years have been with Dr. Chad. Anne and her husband, Kent, have 1 daughter, Ashley. Anne enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with family and friends
