Goshen Boys and Girls Club benefits from
your white smiles!
Dr. Chad, Dr. Gene, and our team joined other Crown Council offices in North America to raise $1.8 million in 2005 for the Crown Council’s Smiles for Life Children's Charity Foundation. Goshen Cosmetic and Advanced Family Dentistry raised $32,200. And $16,100 of that amount went to the Greater Goshen Boys and Girls Club.
In 2006 we raised $30,975 and the Goshen Boys and Girls Club received $15,487.50. We were the 5th highest North American office in the Crown Council raising funds for Smiles for Life this year. Thank-you to all of the brightly smiling patients who participated.
We are also honored to have received an award at the 2007 Crown Council Annual Meeting. To date we have raised a total of over $125,000, with half of that amount going to our Greater Goshen Boys and Girls Club, one of only 15 offices in North America to do so. The Crown Council has raised over $24 million in 11 years, and we were able to raise our part of that in only 4 years. We look forward to reaching $1 million with your help.

home whitening. 100% of your donation goes to needy
kids; and the Greater Goshen Boys and Girls Club will
benefit directly from half of your contribution. The
other half will benefit other North American children’s

Council is a prestigious alliance of leading-edge dental
teams throughout the United States and Canada that are
committed to promoting oral health and fighting oral
cancer.
Offering their patients the latest dental
procedures in state-of-the art facilities, each Crown
Council dentist pays operational fees so that 100% of
your donation goes to the Council’s Children's
Charity. The whitening product is donated by a dental
supplier owned by Dr. William Dorfman, of the "Extreme
Makeover" TV program. Over 20 million dollars has
been raised by Crown Council dentists in the last 8
years for children and we hope to do our part in helping
children's charities and the Greater Goshen Boys and
Girls Club.
